These terms are the agreement between you and whoever offers Ritmo. They are written to be understood on first reading: if anything here does not match what the app does, that is a bug and we want to know.
Ritmo is a tasks and projects app for iPhone, iPad and Mac. You can use it without an account: everything then stays on your device. An account is only needed to sync between your devices and to share projects with other people.
You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
The details you give must be true, and keeping your access safe is up to you: whoever signs in with your credentials acts as you.
You can sign in with Apple, with Google, or with an email and a password. Using the same email through two different routes takes you to the same account.
You may use Ritmo for anything you like, personally or professionally.
You may not: use it for anything unlawful; upload content you have no right to upload; try to reach accounts or data that are not yours; reverse engineer the service in order to attack it; or automate usage that degrades the service for everyone else.
If you do any of that we may suspend your account, and close it if it is serious or repeated.
The tasks, projects, comments and files you create are yours. We do not acquire ownership of them.
To provide the service you give us permission to store them, copy them between your devices and show them to the people you share them with. Nothing else: not to publish them, not to pass them on, not to train anything.
When you share a project, the people you invite can see its content and change it according to the role you give them.
If you delete your account, the projects you shared stay with them. Their work is not yours to delete.
Today Ritmo is offered free of charge and with no in-app purchases.
If paid plans appear in the future, you will be told beforehand, and you will not be charged for something you were already using for free without being told first.
Ritmo is still being built: features change and some are withdrawn. If something you use is removed, you will be told inside the app.
The server can be down for maintenance or because of a fault. We try to keep that as short as possible, but continuous availability is not promised.
You can delete your account from inside the app, under “My details”. It is really deleted: no copy, no bin.
Before you go, export anything you want to keep.
Ritmo is offered “as is”. Care is taken to make it work, but it is not guaranteed to be free of faults or fit for a particular purpose.
We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit. None of this limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, which override these terms.
Your data is yours and your responsibility: keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts where you live and before the European online dispute resolution platform.
If they change, the date above changes too. An important change is announced inside the app before it affects you.
Write to the contact address that will appear above once it is completed.
How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
